Dr Liam Ryan has recently moved to the area and is excited to join the Surfcoast Medical Centre Team.

Liam graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2019 with a Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Surgery. He has worked in a number of major hospitals across metropolitan South Australia and Victoria before completing his general practice training throughout practices in Melbourne.

Liam enjoys the variety of general practice and is passionate about working with patients to achieve their health goals. He has completed additional training with a Certificate of Women’s Health through RANZCOG in 2022 and is qualified to provide shared maternity care. He also enjoys performing minor skin procedures and is trained in Implanon insertion and removal.

Outside of work, he loves going for hikes, travelling, spending time with friends and family, and walks with his dog.
