We understand that unplanned issues can arise, and you may need to cancel an appointment. Should this occur, we respectfully ask that scheduled appointments be cancelled at least 2 hours in advance by calling 9123 8455
When a patient does not attend a scheduled appointment, other patients lose the opportunity to be seen.
As of Monday 7th November 2022, a cancellation fee of $40.00 for a standard GP consultation (including telehealth consultations) or $75.00 for an extended consultation will apply to non-attendances or late cancellations (less than 2 hours prior to the appointment). An invoice will be posted to you and this fee needs to be paid prior to booking your next appointment.
No part of this fee can be claimed back from Medicare.
