A Routine Visit
This is for routine issues 15 minutes and under.
A Long Appointment
If you have complex or multiple issues to discuss with your doctor, we would suggest that you book a longer appointment. Please advise reception of this when making your appointment so that we can allocate more time for you.
Chronic Disease Management
Patients with chronic diseases have improved outcomes if their care is patient centered, team based and proactive. Our doctors and practice nurses use a medical software tool called cdmNet. If you chose to participate in this system, your relevant medical information can be shared by the whole team involved in your care – (including yourself!). More information about this excellent software can be found at http://www.precedencehealthcare.com/cdmnet/
Treatment Room/Practice Nurses
