Patient Feedback – Comments, Compliments & Complaints

At Surfcoast Medical Centre we value your opinion and welcome your feedback – be it positive or otherwise. Feedback forms are readily available for you to fill out at any time and may be placed in the wall mounted box in the wall in the reception area.  If you have an issue with the service that we have provided, we would like to work with you to resolve it. Please ask to speak to our Practice Manager or put your concerns in writing.

If you feel that we were unable to resolve your concern, you may contact the Health Complaints Commissioner on 1800 582 113 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday or fill in an online form at www.hcc.vic.gov.au
