Updated COVID-19 Protocols

We have updated our COVID-19 protocols.

PATIENTS WITH COVID-LIKE SYMPTOMS – will continue to be asked to declare these symptoms when making an appointment so they can be triaged appropriately by our reception team. You will also be asked to PHONE to check in when you arrive for your appointment. Anyone with these symptoms ARE NOT TO ENTER THE CLINIC until they have been triaged by a doctor.

MASKS – WE ARE A SENSITIVE SETTING- In line with the Government guidelines for mask wearing at Primary Schools, patients 9 years and over will be expected to wear a mask when entering our clinic.

WAITING ROOM- our waiting room will be open to a limited capacity, for seated patients only. These seats will be prioritised to our vulnerable patients.- if you have NO COVID-LIKE SYMPTOMS, you are welcome to come in to check in for your appointment and take a seat if one is available.

SERVICE AT RECEPTION- we ask that you adhere to the signage at reception and wait for a team member to indicate that they are ready to serve you.- you will be asked to maintain physical distancing at all times whilst in our reception/waiting room space. We are looking forward to opening our door again to the community, but please understand that the safety of our staff and patients is always our top priority. Treating our staff with respect and understanding is always expected and threatening, aggressive or violent language and behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated.
